The Central-European Journal of New Technologies in Research, Education and Practice (CEJNTREP) is an independent, scientific journal that is focused on publishing of the results of researches, theoretical studies and professional works. The aim of the journal is to introduce the latest findings from the field of sciences, computing and technologies including education, information and communication technologies. Further purpose is to enable the authors (teachers, researchers, scientists) to present the results of their own scientific research and professional activities with a special focus on the didactical aspects of education. The journal is designed mainly for teachers who teach subjects in the area of materials and technologies, information communication and other digital technologies at different schools, or use modern digital technologies and ICT in education, also for doctoral, postgraduate, and for talented students.
The journal is based on the over 30-years traditions of the DidMatTech International Scientific Conference, which currently functions as a “wandering” event among the V4 states. This is accompanied by more than 10 years of experience at the InfoDidact conference. The authors of the articles consist mainly of participants of these 2 conferences, who are given the opportunity to present their valuable results in their research work.
With its double blind peer-reviewed format, the journal publishes original research and review articles. The editorial board deals with the received manuscripts continuously and immediately starts the review process. Our journal do not charge submission fees, nor publication fees.

Central European Cultures
Central European Cultures (CEC) is an open-access and print journal dedicated to advancing dialogue between researchers of cultural history and theory in Central Europe. It aims to publish new findings that address Central European literary and cultural history from the Middle Ages to the present, including its links to general literary and cultural theory. In particular, we welcome studies that are comparative, relevant both regionally and globally, and open up new perspectives on this part of Europe on an international level. Our ultimate goal is to accelerate information exchange within and outside the region, between researchers who are often separated from each other by linguistic and cultural barriers, and to provide a platform that is dedicated to a comparative, balanced and scholarly evaluation of Central European cultural phenomena. The journal is open to cross-cultural approaches not only thematically, but also chronologically: it examines the literary phenomena of the region from medieval times to the present. On the other hand, we intend to undertake extensive review activities to mediate the result of Central European research to the English-speaking public.
In addition to the studies and the review section, CEC will occasionally provide opportunities to publish thematic issues organized by a guest editor. Papers published in Central European Cultures are double-blind peer-reviewed by external experts. The journal is published twice a year under the auspices of Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Humanities in Budapest.

Communicationes Archaeologicae Hungariae
Communicationes Archaeologicae Hungariae (CAH, ComArchHung) is an archaeological journal focusing on the heritage of the Carpathian Basin, providing a platform for the publication and assessment of sites and their find assemblages, brief articles and book reviews with relevance to the main interests. Papers are published in Hungarian as well as in other languages (English, German).

Some believe that Digital Humanities has brought about a paradigm change in the Humanities. Others assume the computer provides merely new tools for the humanities research. The journal Digitális Bölcsészet / Digital Humanities is a forum for both parties.

Elpis Filozófiatudományi Folyóirat
Az Elpis folyóirat 2007-ben jött lérte, 2017 óta mint Elpis Filozófiatudományi Folyóirat, az ELTE BTK Filozófiatudományi Doktori Iskola open-access, lektorált, időszaki lapja működik. A periodika a Magyar Tudományos Akadémia által elismert: szerepel a II. Osztály Filozófiai Bizottságának elfogadott folyóiratlistáján ("A" besorolású) és ennek megfelelően státusza az MTMT-ben lektorált. A folyóirat kész közölni minden olyan tudományos írást, ami a filozófiatudomány tág kategóriájába sorolható, profilja ugyanakkor egyértelműen filozófiai. Elsődleges célkitűzésünk a tehetséggondozás, fórumot biztosítani a filozófia területéhez tartozó fiatal kollégák számára. Különösen fontosnak tartjuk, hogy a magyar filozófiai könyvek számára értő recepciót biztosítsunk, illetve hasábjainkon aktuális problémákat tárgyaló filozófiai vitákat ösztönözzünk. Lapszámaink online és nyomtatásban is megjelennek évi két alkalommal. Az Elpis a nemzetközileg elfogadott etikai alapelvek mentén, a legmagasabb tudományos sztenderdeknek megfelelően működik: a tanulmányok kettős vak bírálati folyamaton esnek át.

Dissertationes Archaeologicae
The third series of Dissertationes Archaeologicae (DissArch) will be published as an open-access, annual, peer-reviewed online archaeological journal in PDF format with continuous page numbering. It is published in the first quarter following the current year. The journal covers the archaeology of Central and East Europe from prehistory to the early modern period. The journal will publish original research articles, field reports, doctoral theses review articles, and book reviews.

ELTE Law Journal
Az ELTE Law Journal az ELTE Állam- és Jogtudományi Karának angol nyelvű folyóirata, amelynek lapszámait az ELTE Eötvös Kiadó adja közre. 2013 óta jelenik meg évente két lapszámmal. A folyóiratban a Szerkesztőbizottság olyan kiemelkedő színvonalú tanulmányokat törekszik megjelentetni, amelyek a jogtudomány különböző területeihez tartozó, nemzetközi érdeklődésre számot tartó és aktuális témákat dolgoznak fel.

FILOGI
FILOGI is a peer-reviewed journal of the Institute of German Philology at the Eötvös Loránd University. It covers philological research within German, Dutch and Scandinavian studies. Papers on German philology are published in German, papers on Dutch philology in Dutch or English, and papers on Scandinavian philology in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German or English.
FILOGI is open for submissions on the above-mentioned research areas. Please use our style sheet and follow its guidelines when preparing your manuscript. Authors who do not have idiomatic German, Dutch, English, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish skills are asked to have their texts professionally edited for language before submission. Suitable articles will be sent for review. Improperly formatted and/or poorly written articles will be sent back for revision.

Folia Archaeologica
A Folia Archaeologica a Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum Régészeti Évkönyve. Célja, hogy az Intézetben folyó tudományos kutatások eredményeit bemutassa a hazai és nemzetközi közvélemény számára. A kötet egyúttal az NRI rendszeresen megjelenő Évkönyve is, amely részletesen bemutatja az adott évi tevékenységét.
Megjelenés: a tárgyévet követő első negyedévben, nyomtatott és nyílt hozzáférésű online (pdf) változatban.
A Folia Archaeologica tartalmilag két nagyobb egységre oszlik. A kötet első fele magyar és idegennyelvű, klasszikus, elemző, értekező jellegű tanulmányokat tartalmaz, folytatva ezzel a folyóirat hagyományait. A második része pedig az NRI adott évi tevékenységét mutatja be, a régészeti feladatellátáshoz kapcsolódó beszámolóktól kezdve az intézmény tudományos, közművelődési tevékenységén át a gyűjteményfejlesztésig.

Folia Historica
Folia Historica is a historical journal of the Hungarian National Museum, published once in a year. The journal publishes studies related to the museum’s artefacts, its history, its exhibitions as well as the museum’s work, divided into three sections (studies, publications, workshop). Folia Historica provides a publication opportunity for scholars to publish the results of their research on history, art history and museology. -
Journal of Early Years Education
The professional profile of Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Primary and Pre-School Education fits in with theoretical and practical education of research-based methodologies of childhood learning and personality development, with a particular focus on the first 12 years of the children's life. The aim of the Journal of Early Years Education is to provide a forum for the latest scientific studies and papers on children's learning and childhood personality development. A Magyar Gyógypedagógusok Egyesületének folyóirata a gyógypedagógia szakterületének új eredményeit, gyakorlati munkájának tapasztalatait közli negyedéves rendszerességgel. A Gyógypedagógiai Szemle (GYOSZE) a gyógypedagógia specifikus területeinek aktuális hírei mellett évek óta állít össze tematikus számot egy szakág összefoglalójaként, illetve az időszaki eseményekről, megjelent friss kiadványokról közöl rövid tájékoztatókat.

Historical Studies on Central Europe
Historical Studies on Central Europe (HSCE) is a double-blind peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University. HSCE is a new historical periodical which considers the yearbook Annales Universitatis Scientiarum Budapestinensis de Rolando Eötvös nominatae Sectio Historica as its first series. Between 1957 and 1993, this earlier series was published by the same university in French, English, German, and Russian (issues are available at the following link: https://edit.elte.hu/xmlui/handle/10831/44176), with prominent historians on its editorial board. Whilst the Sectio Historica was attached to the Institute of History, it was decided that HSCE should be launched by the Doctoral School of History. According to its multidisciplinary character, HSCE is dedicated for contributions from various fields of historical scholarship in a broad, interdisciplinary spirit, including ethnology and archaeology.
In accordance with its name, the journal focuses on the history of Central Europe: a region of crossroads and meeting points, where throughout the centuries diverse ethnic groups, confessions, traditions, and political entities have interacted in a very special way. As the definition of the region varies by age and discipline—it may mean the Habsburg Empire, the territory ranging from the Baltic Sea to the Adriatic Sea, or from German-speaking areas to the Balkans—, HSCE offers a forum for reflective interpretations of this region. Besides studies that specifically address the region’s history, the editors welcome papers that bear methodological and/or theoretical relevance to the study of historical processes.
According to the editorial board’s concept, each issue consists of three to five thematic blocks, with two to four studies in each. The HSCE is also open to publish individual papers. The editors are committed to establish a review column with shorter and featured book reviews, as well as review articles critically approaching recent scholarly publications. Furthermore, we aim to publish regular reports on current research projects for disseminating information about ongoing projects in Central Europe.
HSCE intends to build an interdisciplinary platform for enhancing the dialog and disseminating new findings on Central Europe, a region, whose research results have limited circulation in international scholarship due to language barriers, and in addition, research is heavily influenced by national narratives. This aim is supported by the fact that HSCE is an open-access journal published twice a year and is available in both printed and online formats.

Traditions and challenges
Az ELTE Egyetemi Könyvtár 2011-ben, fennállásának 450. évfordulóján a hagyományteremtés szándékával országos konferenciát rendezett, melynek kettős célja volt. Részben az elért szakmai eredményeit szerette volna bemutatni szélesebb érdeklődő közönség előtt, részben pedig fórumot kívánt biztosítani a szakmai közvéleményt leginkább foglalkoztató kérdések megvitatására. Az előadásokat évente megjelenő konferenciakötetben publikáljuk.

Italogramma
A folyóirat olasz és angol nyelven nemzetközi peer-reviewed cikkeket és recenziókat közöl az olasz irodalom, színház, nyelvészet, történelem és kultúra tárgykörében.

Initium
A folyóirat az ELTE BTK Germanisztikai Intézetében tanuló hallgatóknak kínál publikációs lehetőséget. Az évente megjelenő folyóirat helyet biztosít a tanulmányokat lezáró, kiemelkedő színvonalú dolgozatoknak, és dokumentálja az OTDK keretében készült munkákat is.

A Jogelméleti Szemle elsősorban a jogelmélet és a jogszociológia, másodsorban általában a tágabb értelemben vett jog- és államtudományok körébe tartozó tanulmányokat és egyéb tudományos írásokat közlő folyóirat, mely 2000 óta, évente négy alkalommal jelenik meg.

The Journal of Chinese Language Teaching in Eastern Europe 欧洲中文教育 is an international peer-reviewed academic journal published twice a year. The aim of the journal is to provide a platform for researchers and teachers to publish articles on the history, development, and current situation of Chinese language education in Europe, as well as on related research conducted in the region.
The journal publishes research articles, book reviews, and reports on the region’s recent conferences, new developments, and ongoing projects related to Chinese language teaching, as well as interviews with renowned experts in the field of researching and teaching the Chinese language.

Lejana. Revista Crítica de Narrativa Breve
LEJANA. Revista Crítica de Narrativa Breve publishes scientific papers of literary criticism in Spanish and English of short fiction works written in Spanish. The journal is published from 2010 by its editor Dr. László Scholz, of the Department of Spanish at the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy, Eötvös Loránd University (Budapest, Hungary).

The Hungarian Language
A Magyar Nyelv a Magyar Nyelvtudományi Társaság 1905 óta megszakítatlan folyamatossággal megjelenő folyóirata. A szakmai közvélemény szerint a legfontosabb magyar nyelvű, hungarológiai jellegű, s egyúttal a legátfogóbb tematikájú, az érintkező tudományterületek felé is nyitott nyelvészeti szakfolyóirat, melyet a nemzetközi tudományosság mérvadó fórumai is számon tartanak. A Magyar Örökség díj, amelyet a magyar nyelv művelésében betöltött szerepének elismeréseként a Nyelvtudományi Társaság kapott, a folyóirat közművelődésben betöltött szerepének elismerése is. A folyóirat elsődleges célja, hogy a magyar nyelv sokoldalú hazai és határokon túli vizsgálatának, illetve a kapcsolódó társtudományi kutatásoknak rangos szakmai fórumot biztosítson.

A Magyar Nyelvőr a magyar nyelv nyelvtudományi vizsgálatának eredményeit közli a leíró és történeti nyelvtan, a nyelvművelés és nyelvi tervezés, a stilisztika, a nyelvpedagógia témaköreiben.

Modern Language Education
A Modern Nyelvoktatás alkalmazott nyelvészeti és nyelvpedagógiai folyóirat, mely többek között a nyelvtudomány, a fordítástudomány, a neveléstudomány, a nyelvpedagógia, a nyelvtanítás és nyelvtanulás témakörében született írásokat, tanulmányokat közöl évi két számban. A folyóirat a kutatókhoz, valamint a gyakorló pedagógusok minél szélesebb köréhez kíván szólni, ezért az elméleti kérdésekkel és a kutatásmódszertani témákkal tudományos igényességgel és közérthető formában foglalkozik.
A beküldött tanulmányokat a nemzetközi gyakorlatnak megfelelően két független és anonim bíráló lektorálja. Olyan írásokat várunk, melyeket más folyóiratokhoz, kiadókhoz még nem nyújtottak be, illetve még nem publikáltak. Szívesen fogadjuk frissen megjelent magyar és idegen nyelvű tudományos és szakkönyvek ismertetését, bírálatát.

The Education Sciences | Education – Research – Innovation online journal was launched in 2013 by Professor Agnes Vamos and her colleagues. It is published by the ELTE Faculty of Education and Psychology, and the Faculty's Institute of Education hosts it. The journal awaits articles from a wide range of authors, from education sciences' and joint and related sciences' Hungarian and international researchers, education science pursuers and those who value quality education, from educators and innovators. The journal's issues are published with an English table of contents, a summary of the contents, and authors' introductions.

Teacher Education and Learning
A Pedagógusképzés folyóirat a pedagógusképzők lapja. Célja a pedagógusképzők minél szélesebb körének bevonásával a szakmai-tudományos párbeszéd elősegítése a hazai- és nemzetközi pedagógusképzés, valamint a köznevelés területén. A lap kiemelt küldetése a szakmai fejlődés és tanulás folyamatának modern tanuláselméleti alapokon történő képviselete, a tanárrá válás folyamatának, a szakmai fejlődés tágabb perspektívában történő értelmezése.

Studia Linguistica Hungarica
Studia Linguistica Hungarica publishes peer reviewed papers with a thematic focus on Hungarian and a general theoretical and typological orientation. Contributions adopting a usage-based cognitive theoretical perspective are especially, but not exclusively, welcome. The thematic scope of the journal ranges from semantics, syntax, and phonology to pragmatics, text linguistics and stylistics, from both descriptive and historical viewpoints. A single issue is published per year, with papers written in English.

Journal of East Asian Cultures
The Journal of East Asian Cultures (in Hungarian: Távol-keleti Tanulmányok) is the official journal of the Institute of East Asian Studies, Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), acknowledged by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The journal publishes scholarly articles from the fields of Chinese Studies, Mongolian and Inner Asian Studies, Japanese Studies, Korean Studies, and other topics related to researches conducted on East Asian culture. The Journal of East Asian Cultures is published twice a year; originally all issues were in Hungarian, but since 2021 our policy has been to publish one issue in Hungarian and one in English, aiming to be a journal of Hungarian East Asian Studies with an increasingly international readership. Studies are judged by peer-reviewers in a double-blind procedure. The Journal also publishes book reviews on works related to the above fields.

International conference on application of natural-, technological- and economic sciences
The series publishes studies on research conducted at the annual international conference held at the ELTE Savaria Campus. Various disciplines from a wide range of disciplines are represented at the event. Current issues, investigations, and national and international research results in natural, technical and economic sciences are presented.

Working Papers in Language Pedagogy
Working Papers in Language Pedagogy publishes original articles reporting on the findings of either empirical or theoretical research in all subdisciplines of language pedagogy and applied linguistics. It is a peer-reviewed on-line publication for PhD programme participants, staff and independent researchers published on an annual basis by the Language Pedagogy and English Applied Linguistics Programme at the School of English-American Studies, Eötvös Loránd University.
